It is in disbelief that this resolution is being written in order to
divide sides, no matter the short "clean up" at the end referencing the Holocaust and peace among everyone.
The resolution's reference to an Amnesty International article states how whole Palestinian families were wiped out. The article
does not talk about whole families being wiped out by Hamas. The article talks in generalities about Hamas' rocket fire into
Israel, which is much more detailed about the destruction in the Gaza Strip (which is terrible). From October 7 to November 10,
2023 over 9,500 missiles have been fire INTO Israel (ref: https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-easVhamas-fires-rockets-deep-
into-israel-setting-off-sirens4el-aviv-2023-11-10/).
The resolution speaks nothing about the missile fire into Israel, nor the displacement of Israelis including those near the war
zone and those who have no more family to take care of them. How do I know this? It is because I have a personal friend who
just came back from Israel after helping to teach kids who were displaced due to the fighting.
53
