<br /> The Geddes-Charlton House is a one-story, single-family, Tudor Revival Style residence located on a modestly sized parcel
<br /> in the Floral Park National Register Historic District(Figure 1). The asymmetrical residence features a L-shaped plan with a
<br /> steeply-pitched cross-gable roof clad in wood shingles with shallow eaves and exposed rafters. An additional,'steeply pitched
<br /> front gable at the primary(east) facade projects east from the primary cross-gable, towards North Greenleaf Street(Figure
<br /> 2). The exterior of the house is clad in smooth stucco with half-timbering at the gable end of the two front gables. The main
<br /> entrance sits within a porch that is situated below a front gable, supported by two wooden support posts. The main entrance
<br /> door, facing south, is composed of a wooden door with a rectangular panel detail and a wrought iron decorative grill and
<br /> metal hardware(Figure 3).
