Also address Integrity) The Geddes-Chariton House is architecturally significant as an intact example of a Tudor Revival style house in Santa Ana. According to City building records, it was built in 1934 for approximately $5,000, for Dr. Mabel A. Geddes; however, the original architect and builder are unknown. Dr. Geddes only resided at the property for two years; she was known as a supervisor of health for Orange County schools, Board member of the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) of Santa Ana, and a Chairperson of Orange County Nutrition Committee. In 1936, she moved out of the subject property and into the property two houses over, at 1916 Greenleaf Street. By 1937, the subject property was occupied by W. H.
