City must submit their cost invoices for parts along with billings to OCFA for <br />payment processing. This requirement is MANDATORY. OCFA shall not process <br />payments for parts without City's cost invoices for parts. NOTE: OCFA reserves <br />the right to supply any parts required to perform repairs. <br />C. Flat Rate Services: A fixed rate shall be paid for the following services: <br />1. Preventative Maintenance "A" Service for: <br />a. Light Duty vehicles (less than 10,000 GVW): $ 270 per each <br />(Exhibit 1) <br />b. Heavy Apparatus: $ 575 per each <br />(Exhibit 2) <br />2. Preventative Maintenance "B" Service for: <br />a. Light Duty vehicles (less than 10,000 GVW): $ 540 per each <br />(Exhibit 3) <br />b. Heavy Apparatus: $ 1,035 per each <br />(Exhibit 4) <br />3. Pump Testing: <br />a. Acceptance Test per NFPA Requirements $ N/A per test <br />b. Annual Test per NFPA Requirements $ 500 per test <br />4. Opacity Testing: $ 125 per test <br />Usage: No guarantee is given by the Orange County Fire Authority to the City regarding <br />usage pursuant to this Agreement. The City agrees to supply services as needed by the <br />OCFA, at prices listed in the Agreement, regardless of quantity requested. Orders may <br />be placed pursuant to this Agreement at the convenience of the OCFA Fleet Services <br />department. <br />Price Changes: Agreement pricing shall remain fixed for the initial term of the <br />Agreement. Price changes after the first Term of the Agreement shall be negotiated, but <br />shall not exceed three (3%) percent per year or the percentage increase in the U.S. <br />Department of Labor Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) for All Urban Consumers, <br />SERVICES in the Los Angeles -Riverside -Orange County, CA Area, whichever is lower. <br />The price adjustment rate will be determined by comparing the percentage difference <br />between the CPI in effect for the base year six month average (January through June <br />2018; and each January through June six month average) thereafter. City must request <br />price adjustments, in writing, 30 days prior to the renewal date. If City fails to request a <br />CPI price adjustment 30 days prior to the adjustment date, the adjustment will be effective <br />Page 9 of 18 <br />
