Agreement with ParkMobile, LLC for Parking Meter Mobile App Services <br />December 19, 2023 <br />Page 2 <br />3 <br />9 <br />2 <br />3 <br />The proposed agreement will continue to provide mobile app payments for customers at <br />all meters without interruption. <br /> <br />The City will continue to collect the $2.00 per hour meter rate plus an additional $0.40 <br />convenience fee when customers opt to pay with ParkMobile. Having the City collect the <br />parking revenue and the convenience fee helps avoid delays in revenue collection. <br />Thereafter, ParkMobile submits an invoice to the City requesting their convenience fees, <br />which are paid by the customers. The City remits payment to ParkMobile for only their <br />convenience fees (paid by the customers) within 45 days.
