Department(s): Public Works Agency Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a site license agreement with Greyhound Lines, Inc. for the rental of one bus bay, for a one-year period beginning June 1, 2023 and expiring May 31, 2024, with four, one-year optional renewals, at a monthly rate of $4,500, for a total amount of $54,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-090). 23. Approve an Amendment to the Agreement with EcoNomics, Inc. to Modify the Scope of Work for Solid Waste Consultant Services, Increase the Agreement Capacity in an Amount Not to Exceed $634,345, and Exercise the One -Year Extension (Non -General Fund) Department(s): Public Works Agency Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute the fourth amendment to the agreement with EcoNomics Inc. to expand the solid waste consulting services scope of work, increase the total compensation by $574,345, with a contingency of $60,000, for a total additional amount not to exceed $634,345, and exercise the one-year extension expiring June 30, 2024, with option to extend the term for one additional year, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-091). 24. Approve an Amendment to the Agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC to Expand the Solid Waste Consultant Services Scope of Work, Increase the Agreement Amount by $234,000, and Exercise the One -Year Term Extension (Non -General Fund) Department(s): Public Works Agency Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute the fourth amendment to the agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC to expand the solid waste consulting services scope of work, increase the total compensation by $195,000, plus a contingency of $39,000, for a total additional amount not to exceed $234,000, and exercise the one-year term extension expiring June 30, 2024, with an option to extend the term for one additional year, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-092). 25.
