MINUTES: Councilmember Hernandez requested Police Chief David Valentin provide a brief overview of the item and what the UASI grant entails. He also expressed concern about having the City of Santa Ana partner with the Anaheim Police Department. Police Chief David Valentin provided a brief history of the UASI Grant and the services the grant provides. Chief Assistant City Attorney Laura Rossini reminded the Council that Item No. 21 is solely for the proposed agreement with SenseMakers LLC. MOTION: Councilmember Penaloza moved to approve the staff recommendation on Item No 21, seconded by Councilmember Bacerra.
