SECTION XVII <br />REPORTS AND SCHEDULES <br />A. General Specifications <br />Contractor shall submit reports and schedules as requested and as outlined below and in Appendix A <br />and Appendix B. Failure to submit reports and schedules in a timely manner may result in a delay of <br />monthly payments or a deduction. All reports and schedules shall be either provided by, or in a format <br />approved by the City. <br />B. Reports <br />1. The following are required reports and frequency of delivery by email and followed up by phone <br />call to CR: <br />a. Personnel staffing by area, total employees, total hours — as submitted to DIR <br />b. Pesticide application reports — daily, including NOI <br />c. Pesticide Use Reports — monthly <br />d. Incident and Accident Reports — immediately <br />e. Hazard Reports — immediately <br />f. Refuse — shall be kept on file by Contractor and correlated with an invoice <br />g. Fertilizer application (if applicable) — daily, by site, amount, date, material <br />h. Water truck (if applicable)— gallons per week <br />i. Irrigation system malfunction (central control) or shut down — monthly <br />j. Vandalism — weekly, by site <br />k. Homeless encampments — weekly <br />I. Sports field renovation schedule — will be provided by CR. <br />m.Lake problems or challenges — immediately <br />n. Damage to appurtenances — immediately <br />o. Plant replacement, by area — immediately <br />p. Emergency call out log — monthly <br />q. Consumable goods log — monthly <br />r. Irrigation audits — monthly <br />s. Hardscape cleaning — monthly <br />t. Pest control advisor recommendations — as required by California Code <br />of Regulation <br />u. Safety inspection log for Contractor's yard, equipment, performance - monthly <br />v. Additional Extra Work — weekly, as requested <br />w. Vacant lots log contract completion — quarterly <br />x. Tot lot rototilling — monthly <br />y. DG pathways repair/maintenance — monthly <br />z.
