aa. Pressure washing amenities and playgrounds — monthly <br />2. Additional reports may be occasionally required to assist the City. These reports shall be <br />detailed, thorough and may include, but not be limited to, the following: <br />bb. Suggestions for improving problem areas; <br />cc. Proposal needed prior to performing any Supplemental Work; and <br />dd. Large scale projects. <br />C. Schedules <br />1. Monthly Maintenance Schedule <br />Contractor shall provide a maintenance schedule to the City in calendar format within thirty <br />(30) days of the start of the Contract. Schedules shall show the day of the week the operation <br />is to be performed, or the order of rotation areas will be serviced, such as for debris pickup <br />or pruning operations. These schedules will be entered into the work order system and <br />Contractor performance will be evaluated based on this rotation. <br />2. Required schedules and frequencies of delivery are: <br />a. Mowing services for each park site — weekly <br />b. Shrub trimming (backup lot, medians, parks, MOU) — quarterly <br />c. Irrigation audit — quarterly <br />d. Irrigation evaluation of athletic fields — weekly <br />e. Divot/low spot filling of sports/priority fields — weekly <br />f. Tree raising — weekly, as needed <br />g. Coal bin cleaning — weekly <br />h. Sand lot rototilling — bi-weekly <br />i. Weed abatement (spray followed one [1 ] week later by string trim) — quarterly <br />j. Weed abatement (vacant lot/wild lot) — quarterly <br />k. Other weed abatement — monthly <br />I. Cleaning of parking lots and park roads — weekly <br />m. Mulching — bi-annually <br />n. Sport court cleaning — weekly <br />o. Groundcover trimming — monthly <br />p. DG surface repair — monthly <br />q. Bike trail chemical edging — monthly <br />r. Special projects and locations — as requested <br />s. Supplemental and locations — as requested <br />t. Irrigation programs —weekly <br />u. Additional Extra Work — as needed <br />v. Lake cleaning — weekly <br />w.
