x. Other items as requested by the CR — as needed <br />3. Any other activities that Contractor performs on a regular or semi -regular basis and as <br />determined or requested by the City will require a schedule to be submitted. <br />4. Contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual performance differs substantially <br />from planned performance. Said revisions shall be submitted to the CR for review, and if <br />appropriate, approval, within five (5) working days prior to scheduled time for the work. <br />Notification of change in scheduled work due to circumstances beyond the control of <br />Contractor must be received by the City at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time for work <br />to begin. <br />5. All schedules shall be of a format either supplied or approved by the City. <br />6.
