<br />any Insured;
<br />(2) At or from any premises, site or location which is or was at any time used by or for:
<br />(a) Any Insured; or
<br />(b) Others;
<br />for the handling, storage, disposal, processing or treatment of waste;
<br />(3) Which are or were at any time transported, handled, stored, treated, disposed of, or processed as
<br />waste by or for:
<br />(a) Any Insured; or
<br />(b) Any person or organization for whom you may be legally responsible; or
<br />(4) At or from any premises, site or location on which any Insured, or any contractors or subcontractors
<br />working directly or indirectly on any Insured's behalf are performing operations:
<br />(a) If the Pollutants are brought on or to such premises, site or location, in connection with such
<br />operations by such Insured, contractor or subcontractor; or
<br />(b) If the operations are to test for, monitor, cleanup, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize,
<br />or in any way respond to, or assess the effects of Pollutants;
<br />(5) That are, or that are contained in, any property that is:
<br />(a) Being transported or towed by, handled, or handled for movement into, onto, or from, any Auto
<br />covered by Coverage B;
<br />(b) Otherwise in the course of transit by or on behalf of any Insured; or
<br />(c) Being stored, disposed of, treated or processed in or upon any Auto covered by Coverage B;
<br />(6) (a) Before the Pollutants or any property in which the Pollutants are contained are moved from
<br />the place where they are accepted by any Insured for movement into or onto any Auto covered
<br />by Coverage B; or
<br />(b) After the Pollutants or any property in which the Pollutants are contained are moved from
<br />any Auto covered by Coverage B to the place where they are finally delivered, disposed of
<br />or abandoned by any Insured.
<br />b. To any loss, cost or expense arising out of any-
<br />(1) Request, demand, order or statutory or regulatory requirement that any Insured or others:
<br />(a) Test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize; or
<br />(b) In any way respond to, or assess the effects of;
<br />Pollutants; or
<br />(2) Claim or suit by or on behalf of a governmental authority for damages because of:
<br />(a) Testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, detoxifying or neutralizing;
<br />or
<br />(b) In any way responding to, or assessing the effects of;
<br />Pollutants.
<br />This subsection 12.b. does not apply to liability for damages because of Property Damage that
<br />the Insured would have in the absence of such request, demand, order or statutory or regulatory
<br />requirement, or such claim or Suit by or on behalf of a governmental authority.
<br />c. HOSTILE FIRE - Subsections a.(1) and a.(4)(a) above do not apply to Bodily Injury or Property
<br />Damage arising out of heat, smoke or fumes from a Hostile Fire.
