3. We will ensure at least two (2) small events are been planned, developed and executed <br />specifically designed for Santa Ana TGNC youth during the year grant cycle. <br />a. Event number one will take place by or before 09/30/2024 <br />b. Event number two will take place on or before 02/28/2025 <br />4. By or before 02 28 2025, we will plan and execute a TGNC youth educational field trip <br />locally to promote and improve TGNC youth group participants mental well-being and <br />trust: <br />a. Identify and secure transportation for educational youth fieldtrip <br />b. Identify and secure location for educational youth fieldtrip <br />c. Identify three TGNC mentors (chaperones) to attend field trip <br />d. Provide pre and post survey to measure the positive impact of activity in the <br />participants overall mental well being <br />5. By 02 28 2025 we will complete the first year of the TGNC Youth support group: <br />a. The Program Administrator will work with the group facilitator to report back to <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br />b. Recruit a minimum of 10 TGNC youth community members that reside in Santa <br />Ana for the 2024-2025 support group cohort. <br />c. Work with Facilitator to assess support groups and outreach efforts and find <br />opportunities for growth. <br />d. Work with support group participants to identify new group members and <br />activities for the second year. <br />5 <br />
