Media Training <br />i <br />For Communications LAB, one of our core values is to share our knowledge. We are inspired by <br />communications and take great pride in our ability to train others to become better communicators. Training <br />programs, seminars, on -camera practice sessions and pre -debate practice sessions are all part of our toolkit. <br />As a national member of the Public Relations Society of America, we have team members, such as Justin <br />Glover, who have achieved notional APR accreditation and who leads certification training in turn. In addition, <br />we conduct trainings for the tools we create, such as web and email. <br />For the City of Huntington Beach, and many of our other clients, we have been called upon to conduct <br />extensive, multi -day media training and preparation with all of the city's elected officials and executive <br />management. Our methodology involves providing on -camera exercises and review for the trainees to assess <br />their on -air presence and track improvement <br />Destination Marketing <br />Huntington Beach is home to several world -class events that draw millions to the City each year including <br />the World Championship of Surfing, Annual Pacific Airshow, BMX and Skateboarding competitions. Miles of <br />public beaches and restored wetlands attract locals and tourist alike to spend their summers in Surf City U.S.A. <br />As part of our engagement with the City, Communications LAB has been called upon to maintain the City's <br />external news website: Surf City Break and, last year, we assisted the City in creating its pitch deck and <br />marketing materials for consideration by the U.S. Olympic Committee in a bid to host the 2028 Summer <br />Olympic events for action sports in Huntington Beach. <br />Additional writing samples for this client can be found at www.SurfCityBreak.com <br />A $x0 vIWT[S iqN� <br />O <br />
