EXHIBIT B <br />PROPOSAL—RFP NO: 23-014 <br />Jun 1, 2023 - May 31, 2026 <br />• Development and management of most all of the above -mentioned community outreach <br />campaigns <br />• Creation of strategic partnerships with Westfiield's MainPlace, Santa Ana Zoo, Bowers <br />Museum and Santa Ana Unified School District to promote the Division's Annual Youth <br />Water Poster Contest <br />• Event planning <br />• Social media campaigns <br />• Writing, design and production of annual water quality reports, city calendars, as well as <br />special calendars for the City's 150t" Anniversary and the 2020 Census <br />• Promotional items for the Water Resources Division and 2020 Census including pens, <br />pencils, crayon boxes, placemats, USBs, sketchbooks, t-shirts, mason jars, food scrapers, <br />tote bags, water pitchers, sports bottles, and water conservation kits <br />• Content creation for the PWA's section of Santa-ana.org <br />• Design and oversight of a special water quality report microsite (santaanaccr.org) <br />• Design of monument and outdoor signage and banners for the City <br />• Development of a full line of marketing collateral <br />• Interviewing and copywriting for press releases as well as articles in Santa Ana Green, Nixel <br />and Cosas newsletter <br />The campaigns Every Drop Counts! and Fill it From The Tap!, which we created to promote <br />water conservation and Santa Ana's high quality drinking water, have earned awards and <br />recognition by the California Municipal Utilities Association (CMUA). <br />We have developed presentations, speeches, and talking points for the (1) Mayor's Challenge; <br />(2) Tree People's "Walking Water" event —attended by heads of the State Water Board, <br />LADWP, Metropolitan Water District, LA Mayor's Office, Food and Water Watch, Owens Valley <br />Committee, and LA Sanitation/One Water; (3) Southern California Spain Investment Summit; (4) <br />William C. Velazquez Institute Latino Academy on Water Policy; (5) American Society of Civil <br />Engineers; and (5) At the Tap: Tools to Identify & Address Community Drinking Water Concerns <br />in Los Angeles County. <br />
