In my view, it is a wolf in sheep's clothing and will have an overall negative impact on our city and others in <br />the U.S.A. You have been courageous and I have respect for your wisdom and support. Thank you for leading the council in the <br />business that you have been given by the voters, to deal with local issues such as economy of the city, improving shelter and <br />food distribution for those with needs , and so many other local civic matters.
