MINUTES <br /> Technical Advisory Committee <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />approximately $174 million statewide, applications will be ranked by benefit cost <br />ratio. Cycle 11 will be state funded. <br /> <br />Mr. Luu stated that Caltrans recently implemented new requirements for Buy <br />America that will take effect after the meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Luu reported that $14 million in CRRSAA funds was a llocated over 30 projects <br />in Orange County. He specified that CRRSAA funds are distributed through PMRF <br />in Orange County. <br /> <br />Mr. Luu presented on upcoming training opportunities such as the Federal Aid <br />Series and Resident Engineers Academy. <br /> <br />Mr. Luu reminded that projects that receive any amount of Federal funds must <br />comply with Title VI requirements. <br /> <br />Mr. Luu provided up to date Caltrans contact information. <br /> <br />8.
