<br />substances or materials or any amendments or successor statutes with respect to <br />any of the foregoing. <br />b.During the Term of this Lease, Tenant represents and warrants that no Hazardous <br />Substances will be stored on the Premises and no Hazardous Substances will be <br />discharged on the Premises by Tenant. Tenant agrees that such representations and <br />warranties shall survive any termination of this Lease, and Tenant agrees to <br />indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from any and all costs, expenses, claims and <br />damages, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs of remediation, <br />arising from Tenant's breach of any of the representations and warranties contained <br />in this Section. <br />24. Thereafter, any communication shall be addressed and transmitted to the <br />new address. If sent by mail, communication shall be effective or deemed to have been given three <br />(3) days after it has been deposited in the United States mail, duly registered or certified, with <br />postage prepaid, and addressed as set forth above. For purposes of calculating these time frames, <br />weekends, federal, state, County or City holidays shall be excluded. <br />25. USE: For the purposes of this Lease, Tenant's intended use of the Premises is strictly <br />for office space.
