PWA's target <br />goal to update the Mudline is 7:00am-7:30am. <br />■ It is not the Reservations Office's responsibility to send the Natural Fields <br />Closed email. It is a courtesy. <br />• Field users will be held liable for damaged fields if they are being occupied when <br />the Mudline states they are closed due to inclement weather and/or Nvet <br />conditions. <br />• If a specific field was not included in the Mudline update that you deem is not <br />playable upon arrival to your scheduled reservation, please communicate and <br />send photos to Reservations Office staff to prevent any No -Show fees. <br />o Revised Renovation Schedule <br />Youth Sports Coalition Members <br />0 90% Residency for recreation <br />o 70% residency for competitive (includes travel and club teams) <br />o One full address verification audit per 6 month permit cycle <br />o Fully affiliated with a nationally, state and/or regionally recognized sports organization <br />• Ifyou are nut affiliated, we will net rcrnovc permits, instcad, you will be paying <br />a higher rate. Example: You will be moved from a Group 2 to a Group 3 rate. <br />• We will not do retro pay for fields. <br />2023 Tax Forms <br />■ Due June 10, 2024 <br />Youth Organizations <br />o Youth Organizations <br />• All participants must be 17yrs & under by July 1, 2024 <br />• Per Risk Management Division, a youth is identified as 17 years of age <br />and under. An adult is 18 years of age and over. <br />• Rosters: submit updated rosters within 30 days of any change <br />For rosters, the Reservations Office will create a user-friendly form. We <br />will transition to an excel spreadsheet for the; next permit cycle. <br />
