CON are placed in a que and are reviewed when received. <br />■ If your COI expires and RMD has not approved it, the Reservations Office is <br />Reminders required to remove your permits until a COI has been approved by RMD. <br />o Reservation Time <br />• 30-minute increments <br />■ Permit time includes entire activity/event, set-up and clean up <br />■ 15 minute courtesy — no longer in effect starting January 2024 <br />• Organization staff must man VIP gate. Gate will be closed (stadium) if <br />gate found unattended <br />■ Lights: 5 mins before reservation start title, 10 inins after reservation end time <br />0 Park Hours <br />6.00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m. <br />o Park Trash <br />■ Organizations are responsible for taking their trash <br />0 Plcasc be respcciful uf'our park space. This is a REQUIREMENT. <br />o 2 vehicles inside DYSC per field reserved. Applies to fields I through 4. <br />o No stopping, parking, loading and/or- unloading of passengers in front of DYSC for safety <br />purposes. <br />• This area is marked as a. red zone. <br />o No driving vehicles on park property <br />• Do not drive or park private vehicles on turf surfaces, sidewalks, service <br />driveways, or emergency zones. Only parking lots are to be used for loading and <br />unloading. <br />■ Violations include (1) a warning followed by (2) revocation of permits. <br />o Payment in full is due 15 days prior to reservation start date. <br />• Recommendation from Youth Sports Coalition to create a user-friendly guide to <br />assist with online payment. Soon to follow. <br />0 30-day field notice requirement <br />• Requests to reserve a field or court must be received a minimum of 30 days prior <br />to the scheduled activity/event. Requests received with less than 30 days' notice <br />will be accommodated as time and conditions allow. Upon receipt and review of <br />all required documentation, City staff will confirm approval of the reservation in <br />writing. <br />o Restroorris <br />• Please connect with our RFA staff if/when you need restroorns opened. <br />Recommendation from Youth Sports Coalition to get an updated <br />East/Westpark list to call the appropriate Mobile REA during their <br />reservation. <br />
