Upload the Region’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). <br />a. Optional: upload any additional supporting documentation the region would like to provide. <br />Guidance <br />A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be submitted along with the application. This MOU must reflect the actions in the Regionally <br />Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan submitted under this application, be signed by each participating eligible applicant, and commit each signatory <br />to participate in and comply with the Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan. Smaller cities that choose to participate in the Regionally <br />Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan may also be signatories to this MOU. <br /> <br />2.8 Application Development Process Certification <br />1.
