EXHIBIT 1 <br /> <br />50 <br /> <br />No less than three public meetings must be held for each Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan. Applicants should retain documentation of <br />the meetings in alignment with Cal ICH’s records retention requirement outlined in the NOFA. <br />To add additional meetings, add rows to the bottom of the table. <br /> <br />Meeting Date <br />1 February 1, 2024 <br />2 February 27, 2024 <br />3 February 21, 2024 <br />4 February 28, 2024 <br />2. Describe how specific stakeholder groups were invited and encouraged to engage in the public stakeholder process. <br />Guidance <br />A description is required for each stakeholder group for each Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan. Applicants should retain <br />documentation of these efforts in alignment with Cal ICH’s records retention requirement outlined in the NOFA. <br /> <br />Stakeholders Description of how Stakeholders were invited and encouraged to <br />engage in the public stakeholder process <br />People with lived experience of homelessness Grant subrecipients were instructed to invite stakeholders with <br />lived experience. <br />Youth with lived experience of homelessness Grant subrecipients were instructed to invite youth with lived <br />experience. <br />Persons of populations overrepresented in homelessness Grant subrecipients were instructed to invite stakeholders from <br />overrepresented populations. <br />Local department leaders and staff of qualifying small <br />jurisdictions, including child welfare, health care, behavioral <br />health, justice, and education system leaders <br />Grant subrecipients, homeless service and housing providers and <br />staff from the SAHA were invited. <br />Homeless service and housing providers working in that region Grant subrecipients, homeless service and housing providers were <br />invited. <br />Each Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan contracted with the State <br />Department of Health Care Services in the region A survey was circulated thought out the county and on social <br />media so that all stakeholders could provide input. <br />Street medicine providers and other providers directly serving <br />people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness A survey was circulated thought out the county and on social <br />media so that all stakeholders could provide input.
