The City formally entered an <br />agreement with a consultant on October 17, 2023 to start the Zoning Code <br />Update. Through the Zoning Code Update, the City will conduct a comprehensive <br />analysis of the City’s Care Home Ordinance to identify constraints and amend <br />the ordinance to ensure consistency with state and federal laws, and to create <br />barrier-free housing choices for persons with disabilities. <br />35.
