A-22 <br /> <br />ELEMENT REF # EJ IMPLEMENTATION ACTION AGENCY TIME <br />FRAME 2023 UPDATE <br />Conservation 4.4 No Water recycling. Pursue funding to <br />implement the first phase of the City of <br />Santa Ana Recycled Water Master Plan, <br />with an emphasis on local water <br />recycling programs and cooperation with <br />regional water recycling efforts. <br />PWA 2023 Revising the Recycled Water Master <br />Plan and continuing to pursue grant <br />funding. <br />Economic <br />Prosperity <br />1.1 No Economic Development Strategic Plan. <br />Pursue funding and update the City’s <br />Economic Development Strategic Plan <br />every three years to report on economic <br />trends, describe targeted industry <br />clusters, identify economic issues, <br />inform infrastructure and land use <br />priorities, develop strategies for <br />addressing near- to mid-term economic <br />issues, and identify new initiatives in the <br />private sector, within the context of <br />long-term goals. <br />CDA 2023 In 2019, the City's first special event <br />sponsorship program administered <br />through the Arts & Culture Commission <br />was a huge success, awarding $100,000 <br />to 31 recipients with amounts ranging <br />from $177 to $8,543. The City has a <br />robust Arts & Culture program that <br />promotes and celebrates artists in <br />which they are able to secure work. As <br />of 2022-2023, the City partnered with <br />the Travel Santa Ana to <br />promote/market murals throughout the <br />City as a form of visitor attraction and <br />show case the art via Travel Santa Ana's <br />website. <br />Economic <br />Prosperity <br />1.2 No Fiscal impacts of land use changes. <br />Document the potential economic and <br />fiscal impacts associated with significant <br />land use plan amendments involving <br />land use or intensity revisions <br />CDA 2021 Economic Development Division staff <br />continues to monitor new <br />developments with land use change <br />implications in the City and provides <br />economic and fiscal data on their <br />impacts.
