Each <br />year, provide budget funds for at least <br />one staff member and one elected or <br />appointed official to attend an economic <br />development training program through <br />the California Association for Local <br />Economic Development or a similar <br />program. <br />CDA Ongoing The City maintains an active <br />subscription to the California <br />Association for Local Economic <br />Development (CALED) and attends <br />monthly webinars to learn about <br />economic development best practices. <br />CDA has an active presence in trainings <br />multiple times per year, which provide <br />the latest information to ED staff and <br />elected officials.
