Flores, Dora
From:Brad Kollar <bkollardp@gmail.com>
Sent:Wednesday,
To:eComment
Subject:McDonald's Development at Tustin Ave.
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.
To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing to express my full support for the proposed McDonald's development at the Stater
Brothers Shopping Center, strategically situated on Tustin Ave & Santa Clara. This project
represents a significant opportunity for our community's growth and cohesion, and I believe it will
bring numerous benefits to both residents and businesses alike.
First and foremost, the addition of McDonald's to the Stater Brothers Shopping Center will
undoubtedly contribute to the creation of job opportunities within our community. As we continue
to navigate through economic challenges, the prospect of new employment opportunities is
particularly welcome. Not only will this development provide direct jobs within the McDonald's
establishment itself, but it will also generate indirect employment opportunities through its impact
on surrounding businesses.
Moreover, the inclusion of McDonald's in the shopping center's offerings will enhance the overall
cohesion and attractiveness of the area. By diversifying the range of amenities available, the
center will become a more appealing destination for residents and visitors alike. This enhanced
attractiveness has the potential to stimulate economic activity within the community and bolster
the vitality of local businesses.
Additionally, the proposed project's plan to remove two existing nonconforming driveways along
Santa Clara is a commendable initiative. This action will not only improve traffic flow and safety in
the area but also contribute to the aesthetic enhancement of the shopping center. By streamlining
access points, the development will create a more efficient and visually pleasing environment for
patrons.
In conclusion, I believe that the McDonald's development holds immense promise for our
community. It aligns with our shared goals of economic prosperity, job creation, and enhanced
urban planning. Therefore, I urge you to give your full support to this project, recognizing the
significant benefits it will bring to our community.
Thank you for considering my perspective on this matter.
Sincerely,

Brad Kollar
(
4
