Flores, Dora
From:Ian Armbruster <ianarmbruster24@gmail.com>
Sent:Wednesday, March
To:eComment
Subject:McDonald’s development Stater Bros center or corner of Santa Clara/Tustin ave
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.
I am reaching out to express my strong endorsement of the proposed McDonald’s development at the Stater
Bros center on Santa Clara/Tustin Ave. This initiative presents a remarkable opportunity for our city, with the
potential to generate numerous job opportunities and breathe new life into the surrounding area. Notably, it
offers a solution to the issue of homelessness by repurposing the existing old, vacant houses, thereby
contributing to the alleviation of housing insecurity within our community.

In addition to its economic benefits, the introduction of McDonald’s would serve to enhance the overall appeal
of the retail center while fostering a sense of vibrancy and social cohesion within our neighborhood. Having
personally witnessed the challenges posed by individuals struggling with substance abuse who seek refuge
behind these unsecured properties while shopping at the center, I am convinced of the positive impact that this
development could have on public safety and community well-being.

I firmly believe in the transformative potential of this project and urge you to lend your support to its realization
for the betterment of Santa Ana.

--
Best,
Ian Armbruster

4
