Flores, Dora
From:susan bloomfield <sbloomfield67@gmail.com>
Sent:Wednesday, March
To:eComment
Subject:Support for McDonald’s Development Project at Stater Bros Center
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.
Dear Santa Ana City Council:

I am writing to express my strong support for the McDonald’s development project proposed for the Stater
Bros center located at the corner of Santa Clara and Tustin Ave. I believe this project will bring significant
benefits and positive changes to our area by enhancing the local economy and contributing to the overall
improvement of the community

Job Creation: This project will have a substantial positive impact on job creation in our community. With
approximately 83 jobs expected to be created at the new state minimum wage of $20 per hour, it will provide
much-needed employment opportunities for our residents, contributing to economic growth and stability.

Addressing Homelessness: The McDonald’s development project will be crucial in deterring homelessness by
revitalizing currently vacant houses in the area. Bringing new businesses and job opportunities will help create
a more vibrant and inclusive community, reducing the prevalence of homelessness in our neighborhoods.

Complimenting the Center: Additionally, the McDonald’s development will complement the overall aesthetics
and functionality of the Stater Bros center. It will enhance the center's appeal to residents and visitors alike,
further solidifying its position as a thriving hub of activity within our city.

Warm regards,

Susan Bloomfield

5
