All vehicles and or towed equipment shall carry "City of Santa Ana Authorized <br />Contractor" magnet sign affixed and visible. ATTACHMENT 6: EQUIPMNET SIGNS. <br />3. The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, <br />ordinances, and statutes, including but not limited to these contract documents <br />The Contractor shall be an independent Contractor capable of providing experienced, <br />knowledgeable and professional staff. The Contractor shall be responsive and maintain <br />excellent working relationships with city residents, businesses, government officials and City <br />staff. The Contractor shall provide adequate staffing levels at all times and adhere to <br />established schedules. <br />g. AS -NEEDED SEWER CCTV INSPECTION AND SEWER CLEANING <br />The Contractor shall provide estimates, at the City's request for as -needed sewer CCTV <br />inspection and/or sewer cleaning. Work under this category shall be based upon a time and <br />material basis using the company hourly rates. Requests for service shall be responded to within <br />24 hours. No work shall begin unless authorized by the City.
