Commissioner Schaefer <br />Announced that the Floral Park tour was a success. <br />Advised that he had received a request from Mr. Hugh Neighbor, Jr. for one <br />of the two plaques that are currently on the Bristol Street Bridge over <br />Santiago Creek to give to his father who had been an engineer for the bridge. <br />Wished Mr. Rice good luck and thanked him for his service. <br />Vice Chairman Giles for Madam Chair Kinos <br />Confirmed the Phillips Hutton Ad Hoc meeting scheduled for May 8 at 4:00 <br />p. m. <br />Requested status of One Broadway Plaza Relocation Plan and was advised <br />by Mr. Edwards that it would be included in the June agenda packet. <br />Vice Chairman Giles <br />Requested that the video on the One Broadway Plaza project be shown on <br />Channel 3. Mr. Edwards advised that it would not be available until after the <br />EIR has been released. <br />Commented that he had participated in the Floral Park tour and that it had <br />been a huge success. <br />Noted that it had been a pleasure working with Mr. Rice and wished him good <br />luck. <br />9. Excuse of Absences <br />Motion by Commissioner Corpin and seconded by Commissioner Gartner to <br />excuse the absence of Madam Chair Kings and Commissioner's Bustamante and <br />Richardson, and approved unanimously by a vote of 6:0. <br />L <br />10.
