FY 2024-26 CDBG Program Funding Plan - Program Summaries <br /> <br />Community Legal Aid <br />SoCal <br />Santa Ana <br />Domestic Violence <br />Prevention Project <br />$80,000 <br />Community Legal Aid SoCal (previously known as The Legal Aid Society of Orange County) will provide free, <br />holistic legal assistance to Santa Ana survivors of domestic violence to help them escape abuse and break <br />the cycle of violence. Priority is given to service in the areas of family law, immigration, and healthcare <br />advocacy. <br />Delhi Center in <br />collaboration with UCI <br />Teens Engaged in <br />Learning and <br />Leadership <br />$142,416 <br />A leadership development program that trains teens to take an active role in designing and implementing <br />educational and team building activities in their community that teach younger children about gang <br />prevention, problem solving, conflict resolution, avoiding risk and making safe choices. <br />Girl’s Inc. of Orange <br />County <br />StrongHer <br />Together <br />$80,000 <br />StrongHer Together provides at-risk teen girls wih the tools to live a safe and healthy life. The progam <br />will serve 8th – 12th grade girls during the school year and the summer. Program elmements include <br />social and emotional learning, safe relationships, and substance abuse prevention. <br />Human Options <br />Promoting Safety in <br />Santa Ana by <br />Assisting Domestic <br />Violence Victims <br />$80,000 The project will provide intensive case management services to Santa Ana residents who self-report <br />domestic violence or who are referred by the Domestic Violence Response Team. Case management <br />services will include safety planning, assessment of needs and linkages to needed resources. <br />Lutheran Social Services <br />of Southern California <br />Victims Intervention <br />Program <br />$80,000 The Victims Intervention Project (VIP) will provide women who are victims of crime with evidence-based <br />recovery services – direct mental health services, rental assistance, hotel/motel vouchers, intensive case <br />management, transportation, life skills training and other supportive services. <br />MOMs OC <br />Maternal Child <br />Health <br />Coordination <br />Program <br />$80,000 <br />Santa Ana residents will be provided monthly prenatal and infant home visitation, health education, and <br />mental health support, that measurebly improves the health status and birth outcomes of mothers, fathers, <br />and babies living in proverty. <br />Nati's House dba Neutral <br />Ground <br />Neutral Ground <br />SNL <br />$80,000 <br />Neutral Ground will provide Summer Night Lights for 20 nights during the summer. Parks and recreation <br />centers will be open late so that families can enjoy safe spaces, meet neighbors, find new opportunities and <br />resources, and create relationships with the City and County agencies that serve them. <br />Orange County <br />Children's Therapeutic <br />Arts Center <br />Crime Prevention <br />and Intervention <br />Program <br />$80,000 <br />OCCTAC comprehensive Crime Prevention & Intervention Program will offer Santa Ana Youth and <br />parents’ arts enrichment, therapeutic arts, youth and family counseling, parenting classes and crises <br />intervention. <br />Project Hope Alliance On-Site Case <br />Management <br />Program (for youth <br />$100,000 The On-site Case Management Program, for youth experiencing homelessness will provide Santa <br />Ana youth with resources and support to sustain their academic path.
