A trained StandUp for <br />Kids case manager and mentor meets with each youth at school, twice a week. They receive basic services, <br />adult mentorship, and tutoring in order to graduate and become self-sufficient. <br />Straight Talk Clinic, Inc. <br />Crisis Intervention <br />& Comprehensive <br />Mental Health <br />Services for Low- <br />Income Santa Ana <br />Residents <br />$80,000 <br />Straight Talk Clinic will offer free crisis intervention and comprehensive mental health services and <br />weekly one-hour counseling to extremely low-income Santa Ana residents (seniors, adults, teen, <br />and children five years and older). <br /> <br />Templo Calvario <br />Community <br />Development <br />Corporation <br />Legado Academy $80,000 <br />The Legado Academy seeks to break the cycle of poverty and thereby decrease the risk of violence <br />and crime by delivering evidence-based parent training and financial education curriculum that are <br />designed to promote long-term family resiliency and support generational financial stability. <br />United Cerebral Palsy <br />Association of OC dba <br />Unlimited Possibilities <br />Safety Net Fund $80,000 <br />Unlimited Possibilities long-running Safety Net Fund will provide early intervention, pediatric <br />therapy, and family support services to uninsured and under-insured children and families with <br />disabilities residing in Santa Ana. <br />WISEPlace Steps to <br />Independence <br />$80,000 <br />Steps to independence provides safe emergency shelter and rapid rehousing for unaccompanied homeless <br />women. Women are led through the “WISEPlace Way” which includes comprehensive trauma informed <br />support, legal advocacy and housing placement to help rebuild their lives and heal their traumas. <br />Total Funding $5,457,820 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 3
