<br /> <br /> <br />May 7, 2024 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana – Quarterly Report <br />Third Quarter of FY 2023-24 <br />JANUARY – MARCH 2024 <br />In-Lieu Fees Generated <br />All in-lieu fees, penalties, and other funds collected under the Ordinance, along with <br />accrued interest, are deposited into the Inclusionary Housing Fund. Since its inception, <br />the Inclusionary Housing Fund has generated $29,277,446, to be used for the <br />development of housing affordable to low- and moderate-income households. <br />Additionally, a reasonable portion of these funds is allocated to cover administrative or <br />related expenses associated with the administration of the Ordinance.
