Process will begin in metal fabrication department where fabricators will <br /> cut skins out of aluminum substrate <br /> ii. After skins are cut to size fabricators will cut and weld 2" square aluminum <br /> tubing to create the frame/structure of each monument <br /> iii. Once structure is complete the cut aluminum skins will be applied and be <br /> sanded to rid of any imperfections and seams <br /> iv. Structure is then transferred to finish workshop where sign will be layered <br /> with coat of automotive grade primer, sanded once more to insure smooth <br /> surface, and finally layered with automotive grade paint (to drawing specs.) <br /> v.
