Memorial Park Aquatics Facility Project <br />June 4, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />Firm <br />Rank <br />Swinerton Management & Consulting <br />1 <br />Griffin Structures <br />2 <br />Anser Advisory <br />3 <br />Staff recommends awarding an agreement to Swinerton Management & Consulting <br />(Swinerton) to provide construction management and inspection services based upon <br />the scope of work and selection criteria outlined in RFP 24-041A (Exhibit 3). Swinerton <br />shall provide general construction management services to support construction efforts <br />and will assist in overall delivery of this project, including pre -construction tasks, <br />managing construction, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the contract <br />documents, and assisting with project closeout and the commissioning phase. Their <br />proposal demonstrated that the firm has the necessary capacity and expertise to <br />complete the required services.
