Approve resolution rescheduling the Regular City Council meeting scheduled for <br />June 18, 2024 to a date to be determined by the City Council. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RESCHEDULING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING OF JUNE 18, 2024 TO , 2024. <br />GOVERNMENT CODE 484308 APPLIES: No <br />DISCUSSION <br />Section 409 of the City Charter states that the City Council shall provide for the time, <br />place, and manner of holding its meetings. On July 18, 2023, City Council approved <br />Resolution No. 2023-047 amending the Council rules and procedures to update the time <br />of regular meetings and effect other changes. Section 2(a) of Resolution No. 2023-047 <br />states "Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the first and third <br />Tuesdays of each month beginning on January 1, 2014." <br />
