Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Aramark Correctional Services, LLC <br />June 4, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />has been negotiated to incorporate any 2024 Consumer Price Index adjustment that <br />would have otherwise been requested. <br />The total five-year agreement not -to -exceed amount will increase from $6,103,688 to <br />$7,683,326.
