3.0 Pavement Network <br />3.3 EXISTING PAVEMENT CONDITION <br />Based on the inspections and data processing procedures mentioned in Section 2.0 Methodology, <br />the majority of the local street's pavements (46 percent) currently have a PCI of at least 86 or in <br />"Very Good" condition; this indicates that the City's local network continues to demonstrate high <br />conditional values.
