MINUTES: Councilmember Lopez presented a certificate of recognition to <br />Underground Scholars Program for outstanding contributions to the community. <br />3. Certificates of Recognition presented by Vazquez to Nicolas Davis for <br />Outstanding Contributions to the Heninger Park Community <br />MINUTES: Councilmember Vazquez presented a certificate of recognition to <br />Nicolas Davis for outstanding contributions to the Heninger Park Community. <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT —The City Attorney will report on any action(s) from Closed <br />Session. <br />MINUTES: City Attorney Sonia Carvalho announced there was no reportable action. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS-- Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting <br />for ALL comments on agenda and non -agenda items. <br />City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall reported out the summary of email comments received: one <br />(1) Agenda Item No. 32, one (1) Agenda Item No. 36, one (1) Agenda Item No. 39, two <br />(2) Agenda Item No. 41, and five (5) non -agenda comments. <br />MINUTES: The following speakers addressed City Council in -person: <br />1. Genevieve South gate spoke in support of the Bowers Museum. <br />2. Kelly Radomske spoke in support of the Bowers Museum. <br />3. Ren Shadowhorse spoke in support of the Bowers Museum. <br />4. Thuy Nguyen spoke in support of the Bowers Museum. <br />5. Sue Palik expressed concern regarding Councilmember Lopez's newsletter and the <br />presence of Councilmembers at the Memorial Day event in Ward 3. <br />6. Sean Hoang Oharrow spoke in support of the Bowers Museum. <br />7. Elizabeth Hansburg spoke regarding housing in the City and the housing shortage. <br />8. Mark Lopez spoke regarding garage sales and thanked Code Enforcement for their <br />hard work and efforts. <br />9. Wendy Haase -Roberts spoke in support of the Related Bristol project. <br />10.
