Paul Chairez spoke regarding his father's name on the war veterans portrait at La <br />Chiquita wall. <br />City Attorney Sonia Carvalho spoke regarding public hearings and the development <br />agreement related to the Related Bristol Project. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following <br />Consent Calendar Items: 4 through 36 and waive reading of all resolutions and <br />ordinances. <br />MINUTES: At 6:57 P.M., the Consent Calendar was considered. <br />Councilmember Hernandez pulled Agenda Item No. 21 for separate discussion and <br />consideration and commented on Agenda Item No. 28. <br />Councilmember Bacerra pulled Agenda Item Nos. 21, 27, and 32 for separate <br />discussion and consideration. <br />Councilmember Penaloza pulled Agenda Item Nos. 21 and 25 for separate discussion <br />and consideration and commented on Agenda Item No. 13. <br />Councilmember Vazquez pulled Agenda Item Nos. 21 and 28 for separate discussion <br />and consideration. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Phan recused herself from Agenda Item No. 27 as the listed entities, <br />City of Anaheim and City of Fullerton, are clients of her employer, Rutan and Tucker. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Penaloza moved to approve Consent Calendar Item <br />Nos. 4 through 36 with the exception of Agenda Item Nos. 21, 25, 27, 28, and 32 <br />pulled for separate discussion and consideration, seconded by Councilmember <br />Bacerra. <br />The motion carried, 7-0, by the following roll call vote: <br />CITY COUNCIL 5 JUNE 4, 2024 <br />
