We are <br /> looking forward to combining these experiences with the ideas and experiences of city staff <br /> and managers as we explore the best practices found across the country. <br /> Services Provided <br /> Government Consulting Partners(GCP)is a firm focused on the analysis of the full cost of <br /> governmental services. This includes the development of federal 2CFR 200 and full cost <br /> allocation plans, indirect cost rates,the full cost of providing user fee and SB 90 claiming <br /> services and other related cost and revenue enhancement consulting services.The city's RFP <br /> requested the following services: <br /> I. Data collection, review of current fees,structure,and cost analysis. <br /> Our GCP team has years of experience working in the city.We want to capitalize on this <br /> experience,while also, listening to staff and <br /> understanding their goals and objective for the <br /> project.This experience gives us a head start in <br /> every aspect of what is outlined in the RFPs <br /> scope of services.
