PROPOSED SERVICES COST PAGE Upper Management Program This program intendeds to equip upper management participants and is delivered in three -parts. Deliverables On -Site Individual Assessment and Preparation Two (2) highly qualified clinicians will conduct management interviews and pre - workshop preparation, including: • Up to Sixteen (16) in -person interviews with members of sworn upper management (Commanders and above) • Clinician travel and per diem expenses are included • Hosted by Santa Ana Police Department with no facility fees. Off -Site Equipping Workshops A series of science -backed series workshops and exercises designed to equip upper management participants to master techniques proven to heal ruptured relationships both within management and between management and subordinates. Two (2) highly qualified clinicians will facilitate workshops and learning sessions at an off -site state -of -the art facility that specializes on wellness and healing retreats, including: • Clinicians will deliver Psychoeducational Workshops and Equipping sessions for up to 16 members of upper management at an off -site facility, during a 3- day and 3-night retreat. Clinician travel costs are included. • Session results are enhanced when delivered at a specialized retreat facility. **The Oaks Retreat Center is the suggested retreat site and is not affiliated with PCA, Inc. The facility shall be booked by the client and paid as a separate entity. ** Implementation Support Consultation Three months of Virtual and Telephonic Consultations with highly qualified clinicians, including: • Virtual or telephonic access to clinicians via designated office hours. • Implementation Support Consultations supported for three months following the equipping retreat. Total Cost for PCA, Inc. Services: $18,000 Term of Agreement tentatively set for June 23-October 31, 2024**
