Project # 3156 <br /> Account #66-579-6635 <br /> W.O. # <br /> Project Manager: Steve Worrall <br /> <br />FOR CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~-~ day of <br />(j~_.~, 1999 by and between the City of Santa Ana, a <br /> <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California ("CITY") and <br /> <br />ASL CONSULTING ENGINEERS, a California Corporation, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "Consultant. <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />W-I-T-N-E-S-S-E-T-H <br /> <br /> A. CITY desires to contract for civil engineering <br /> <br /> services for design of John Garthe Reservoir <br /> Improvements, Phase II <br /> <br /> WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective <br />promises, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT agrees to fulfill all the requirements set <br />forth in Consultant's Proposal entitled John Garthe Reservoir <br />Improvements, Phase II, and the scope of work contained therein. <br />Said "scope of work" is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. Ail work shall be <br />performed under the direction of CITY's Executive Director of <br />the Public Works Agency or his designated representative. <br /> <br /> <br />
