ORDINANCE N0. 1338 <br /> <br /> ORDIN~'~CE ~DIi~G ZONING 0RDI~A!(C~ it0. 1074 <br /> <br /> ~VH~EA$, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa ann <br />~as given notice of public hearings as required by law in connec- <br />tion with an application to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover t~e <br />properties herein described, and has duly held two public hearings <br />upon the question of such amendment, and thereafter by Resolution <br />N~aber ~16 recommended such amendment to the City Council for adop- <br />tion; and <br /> <br /> ?~EREAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a <br />public hearing before said body and such public hearin~ nas been <br />duly ~nd regularly held, and the City Council does now find that <br />public necessity and convenience and general welfare require the <br />following ~mendment and change in the present classification of <br />certain property hereinafter described and that the proposed uses <br />under the proposed new classification will not be detrimental to <br />the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NON~ THER{FORE, THE COUNCIL 0F TI~ CITY OF S.~TA ~I~A DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLL0~S: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That Sheet No. 33 of the Districting Map of the <br />City of Santa ~na of Ordinance No. 107~ be amended to reclassify <br />as C-2 (General Co~aercial District), all that property now classi- <br />fied as R-2 (Limited-Multiple) Hesidence Sistrict, which said prop- <br />erty is described as follows: <br /> <br /> PARCEL 1: That portion of Lot 1, Tract No. 905, as per <br /> map thereof recorded in ~ook 32 at page 16 of Hiscellaneous <br /> ~aps, records of Orange County, described as follows: Com- <br /> mencing at the Southwesterly corner of ~ot 2 of said tract, <br /> thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Lot 2, 115 <br /> feet to the ~outheasterly corner of said Lot 2; thence <br /> Southerly parallel with the Westerly line of said Lot 1, 45 <br /> feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of said <br /> Lot 2, 115 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot l; thence <br /> Northerly along said ~esterly line 45 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> <br />
