SEOTION 2: The Olty Olerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three <br />issues of the Santa Aha Register, a newspaper primted, published, <br />and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for <br />that purpose.
