ORDINANCE NO~ N__~_~ APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF THAT CERTAIN <br /> TERRITORY DESIGNATED "REVISED WEST TRACT AND SANTA ANA ACRES" <br /> <br /> ?~TEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, on the <br />16th day of November, 1953 by Resolution N~mber 53o159, declare its <br />intention to annex certain uninhabited territory contiguous to said <br />City, which said Resolution was regularly published in the Santa Ana <br />Independent, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub- <br />lished in said City, and in the Tustin News, a newspaper of general <br />circulation published outside of said City but in the County of <br />Orange, California, said publications being made once a week for two <br />consecutive weeks prior to the public hearing on said proposed annex- <br />ation which said p~blic hearing was set by said Resolution for the <br />21st day of December, 1953; and <br /> <br /> ?~HEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections to said pro- <br />posed annexation and no written protest was filed by any person <br />against the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That after due hearing regularly held upon due no- <br />tice regularly given in all respects as required by the statutes and <br />as hereinabove set out and in the files of this proceedi~ more par- <br />ticularly shown, we do find, declere and ordain that there is and was <br />no protest nor objection, either written or oral, to the annexation <br />of the territory herein described to the City of Santa Ana, that due <br />end regular notice of the time and place of hearing was given as re- <br />quired by law and that said territory is and was wholly uninhabited <br />and that no person lives thereon; that said territory is contiguous <br />to the City of Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That $11 of the uninhabited territory situated in <br />the County of Orange, State of California is described as follows: <br /> <br /> The area proposed for annexation to the City of Santa Aha <br /> consists of all the real property now known as Lot I and Lot K <br /> of Revised West Tract, recorded in Book l, page 13 of Niscella- <br /> neous Record Naps, Records of Orange County; also Lots 45, 46, <br /> ~7, ~8, 61, 62, 63 and 77 of Santa Aha Acres, recorded in Book <br /> 5 page 8 of Niscellaneous Naps, Orange County; and portions of <br /> <br /> <br />
