Parcel 2: The Easterly 384 feet of the Westerly 640 feet of the Mortherly 130 feet of the Southerly 260 feet of Parcel A. Parcel 4: That portion of Lots G, F, E, D, C, B, A, l, 2, and 3 in Parcel ~ except the South 320 feet of Parcel A. SECOND: That the followin~ described Parcels of Parcel A be reclassified to the R-3 (Multiple Family Residence District) as follows: Parcel 5: That portion of Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Parcel A, except the South 320 feet of Parcel A. Parcel 6: The Southerly 260 feet of Parcel A, except the Easterly 30 feet ~nd the ~esterly 70~ feet of Parcel A. Parcel 7: The Easterly 6~ feet of the Westerly 704 feet of the ~rtherly 130 feet of the Southerly 260 feet of Parcel A. SECTION 2. That the balance of the property in Parcel A herein- above described shall be and remain in the R-1 (Single Family Resi- dence D~str~ct) and that a building set0ack line shall be shown upon Sheets 23 and 2~ of the Districting D~ap which will allow buildings or structures to be erected to within 50 feet of the surveyed center line of Fifteenth Street. The property to remain in the R-1 District and to have a building setbac~ line of 50 feet as herein provided for is described as follows: Parcel 8: The 9~esterly 640 feet of the Southerly 130 feet of Parcel A. SECTION 3. That the Districting ~,~ap of ~rticle IX of the Santa Aha ~lunicipal Code be amended by amending~%~s 23 and 2~ thereof to show such reclassification and to show the building set0~ck line here- in provided for. SECTION $. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of ~he Santa Aha Independent, the official newspaper of the City. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its final adoption.
