"SECTION 9318.1. Private Street. <br /> <br /> "Private Street shall mean any parcel of land not de~icated ae <br />a public street but use~ or intended to be used for ingress to or <br />egress from, a lot or iota .which may or may not have frontage on <br />a public street. <br /> <br /> "SECTION 9318.2. Service Road. <br /> <br /> "Service Road shall mean a street adjacent to a Freeway or pri- <br />mary street, and separated therefrom by a dividing strip, which <br />provides the primary means of access for vehicular and pedestrian <br />use to abutting properties. <br /> <br /> "SECTION 9318.3. Freeway. <br /> <br /> "Freeway shall mean a street designated aa a "Freeway" by the <br />California State Division of Highways or other Governmental <br />Agency. <br /> <br /> "SECTION 9318.~. Local Street. <br /> <br /> "Local Street shall mean a street intended wholly or principally <br />for traffic originating or terminating at residential properties <br /> <br />within the immediate vicinity of said street. <br /> "SEOTION 9318.5. Primary Street. <br /> <br /> "Primary Street shall mean a street intended for the movement <br />of major volumes of traffic through the City or serving to collect <br /> <br />traffic from two or more intersecting secondary streets. <br /> "SECTION 9318.6. Secondary Street. <br /> <br /> "Secondary Street shall mean a street intended for the movement <br />of traffic from one area of the City to another area and serving to <br />collect traffic from two or more intersecting streets of lesser <br />classification. <br /> <br /> "SECTION 9318.7. Commercial Street. <br /> <br /> "Commercial Street shall mean a street primarily intended for <br />pedestrian and vehicular aeeems to abutting properties used for <br />commercial purposes. <br /> <br /> "SECTION 9318.8.
