P (Parking and Professional District) <br /> <br />"SECTION <br /> <br /> Uses Permitted: <br />"(a) All uses permitted in R-l, R-2 and R-3 Districts, <br /> but under the same restrictions, conditions and <br /> limitations as specified in sections governing the same. <br />"(b) Offices of doctors, dentists, attorneys, accountants, <br /> <br /> engineers, architects, real estate brokers, agents, <br /> and salesmen, and other similar business offices where <br /> no merchandise is offered for sale. <br /> <br />"(c) Parkin~ of motor vehicles in connection with any com- <br /> mercial use or for private parking except that no cars <br /> either new or used shall be stored for sale or of- <br /> fared for sale or parked while such car bears sign, <br /> words or figures indicating that the same may be for <br /> sale and no hydrocarbon substance or other property <br /> of any kind may be sold in said District and no auto- <br /> mobile serviced or repaired in said District. <br /> 9107.11. Same. Requirements for Parking Areas. <br /> The entire area shall be hard surfaced with asphalt <br /> or concrete. <br /> <br />"(b) A~y lights for illumination of such area must be so <br /> <br /> arranged that no light is projected or reflected into <br /> adJoini~g premises or streets. <br /> <br /> "(c) Guard rails or curbs must be constructed in a location <br /> and manner to prevent all vehicles from extending be- <br /> yond the boundaries of the parking area. <br /> <br /> "(d) When the parking area adjoins the side y~rd of a lot <br /> in an R-l, R-2 or R-3 District, a solid fence shall <br /> be constructed to a height of not less than four feet <br /> and not greater than five feet, provided however, that <br /> where such fence extends beyond the front yard line of <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
