Said west line of said Orange County Flood Control District right of way is identical with the West line thereof as shown on map filed in Book 28, page 37 of said Record of Surveys~ be a~d the same is hereby annexed to and sDal 1 become a part of the City of Santa Ana~ the Santa Aha Elementary School District~ Santa An~ High School District~ and Santa Ama Junior College District, and said annexation is by this Ordinance effected~ approved a~d declared to take effect from and after the effective date of this Ordinanse. SECTION S. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shal 1 cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Ludependent, the official newspaper of the City.
