'(2) A fee of $10.00 shall be paid for such temporary use <br /> of streets in advance of the issuance of a permit for <br /> the use of that portion of any street between the street <br /> boundary line and a point seven feet from the toe of the <br /> curb nearest said street boundary line so that no area of <br /> parking or traveled roadway greate~ ~han seven feet shall <br /> be blocked from public use. <br /> <br /> '(3) No person shall store building materials or equipment in <br /> any portion of any street in any manner so that more than <br /> seven feet of the parking or traveled portion of the road- <br /> way will be in any way restricted or denied to public use <br /> except that upon application, the City Council may grant <br /> an additional area between said seven foot line and a line <br /> which will allow such storage in or blocking of a one-third <br /> portion of the roadway of the street that is adjacent to <br /> the curb in front of t~he building site, for which a permit <br /> has been issued. The grantimg of such a temporary use <br /> permit for street or alley use may be under much conditions <br /> as the City Council may require and an additional fee in <br /> an amount to be fixed by the City Council shall be paid <br /> therefor prior to the issuance of any such special permit. <br /> Section ¥~02 of said Uniform Building Code is hereby amend- <br /> ed in all respects in which the same is inconsistent with <br /> the provisions of this Section.' <br /> <br /> "SECTION 8106. Refunds. <br /> <br /> "Section 303 of said Uniform Building Code is amended by adding <br />a new Sub-section to read as follows: <br /> <br /> ' (g) Refunds. The Building Official shall not make any refunds <br />of fees collected amounting to $2.00 or less. In case a refand is <br />made, the amount of such refund shall not be more than 80 per cent <br />of the amount of the fee paid nor shall such refund include any <br />part of the first $2.00 of such fee. No refund of such fee or part <br />thereof shall be made unless applied for within one year from the <br /> <br /> <br />
